1. Fever & Pain Relief


Paracetamol (Acetaminophen): (Brand names: Calpol, Crocin) Safe for fever and pain. Dosage depends on the child’s weight.


Ibuprofen: (Brand names: Brufen, Advil) Used for fever, pain, and inflammation. Generally safe after 6 months but only as directed by a doctor.



2. Cough & Cold


Saline Nasal Drops: (Brand names: Nasoclear, Nasivion) Safe for nasal congestion in young children.


Cetirizine: (Brand names: Zyrtec, Alerid) For allergy-related symptoms like runny nose or sneezing.


Chlorpheniramine: (Brand name: Piriton) An antihistamine for allergic reactions.
